• Responsibility of all UNIX / Linux systems for AC Electronics. AC Electronics is Europe's largest non affiliated supplier of electronic components. AC operates around the world and maintains close relationships with the electronics industry. (July 1996 - present)
• Installed gateway between UNIX-mail, Novell GroupWise and Host MEMO using Netscape mail server for Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB).
• Sun Solaris system administration responsibilities for Perot Systems / Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) / Schweizerischer Bankverein (SBV) in EBS (Elektronische Boerse Schweiz) project. (Oct. 1996 - Mar. 1997)
• Developed operating system software for UBS's Unix based applications running mainly on Sun systems including the Enterprise E10000 (Starfire). (Jan. 1999 - July 1999)

• Conversion from MAI to IBM RS/6000 using existing peripherals for Helly-Hansen, Wallisellen.
• Ported and improved a sales planning tool from Unisys CTOS using ISAM to Sun Solaris and Sybase SQL for Swiss Bank Corporation, Basel. (Oct. 1993 - Sep. 1994)
• Expansion of FKIS (Finance and Customer Information System) with Sybase SQR (Structured Query Report-writer) for Telekurs AG, Zürich. (Mar. 1994 - Feb. 1996)
• Ported and improved an ordering system from Power House and InterBase DB to C and Oracle Embedded SQL for EPA Neue Warenhaus AG. (Mar. 1995 - Sep. 1996)
• Developed connection between FIMS (Financial Information Management System) and FKIS (Finance and Customer Information System) for Telekurs Finanzinformationen AG. Telekurs FIMS is a Sun Solaris based system for receiving, storing, archiving, organizing and distributing high quality finance information. (Mar. 1996 - Aug. 1996)
• Automated daily (nightly!) data transfer between mainframe and Odyssey's Triple'A Asset Management System for Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) . (June 1997 - Nov. 1997)
• Informatik consultant for Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), Zürich, in the ASPIA (Automatenserver / Payserv Issuer Authorisation) project. (Oct. 1997 - Mar. 1998)
• Worked together with UBS's "Private Banking Client Reporting Information Platform (ALICE)" team as their Unix expert. (Jan. 2000 - Aug. 2000)
• Ported Mobipro's TaskTimer to PostgreSQL for 4FACTORS.
• Worked together with Swiss-Soft Solutions in the ComNorm Project. ComNorm is an XML-based, manufacturer independant standard for the data transfer between carpenters and their suppliers.

• Instructor "Introduction to Motif (CDE) using Solaris 2.x" for SunService (Sun Microsystems).
• Various technical and marketing speeches for /ch/open, COMMON switzerland, Computer 2000 AG, IBM (Switzerland), iEX Internet Expo, Industrade AG, UNIGS (UNIX Interessengemeinschaft Schweiz), and Xephon (AIX Update).

• WWW (World Wide Web) installed with browsing and authoring capabilities for Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) in collaboration with EUnet Switzerland.
• Webmaster for AC Electronics AG.
• WWW integration for «Zurich» Insurance Company in the project Masdach (Motor vehicle fleets analysis system for D, A, and CH). (Sep. 1998 - Dec. 1998)
• Designer and webmaster of Chipexchange. Chipexchange is a step a towards commodity trading system based on Internet technology. The system serves the electronic chip dealers.
• Web developer for Credit Suisse Private Banking in their Fund Lab project. (Sep. 2000 - Oct. 2000)
• E-Commerce application for AC Holding using an outsourced web server hosted by rackspace.com, Red Hat Linux as operating system, Apache HTTP server, Perl (mod_perl) scripts, and a MySQL based database (Oct. 2000 - Jan. 2002) including necessary maintenance and enhancements. AC operates around the world ( AC Atel Electronics Corp. in USA, AC-Atel Electronics Vertriebs GmbH in Germany, AC-Atel Electronics Sprl in Belgium, AC Electronics AG in Switzerland, Bond Array Technology Ltd. in China, G.H. Capital Electronics Ltd. in Israel, and J3T Sarl in France) and maintains close relationships with the electronics industry. (Feb. 2002 - present).
• The RFQ machine evaluates the RFQ sent to it and then compares it with your inventory.
• Efficient projekt reporting and controlling tool according to the complex European Space Agency ESA definitions for the small company REALTECHNOLOGIE AG, CH-8942 Oberrieden. (12.2008 - 02.2009)
• Helped finish a big Perl project for Werft22. Werft22 realizes products and services in the area of streaming of multimedia content. Streaming means transmission of sound and video to data terminals in real-time, i.e. without storing it on the terminal.
• Responsible for the PHP code, Smarty-based templates, system administration, and further development of the blog benchmarking web site BlogRank.CyTRAP.eu for CyTRAP Labs GmbH.
